Liked: Friendly, not expensive, breakfast, free wifi, 3 TVs , bar, pool room, left luggage facility.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: The bathroom and shower room are the spacious and clean; good kitchen and entertainment areas.

Disliked: The beds are shaky and you felt like sleeping on a boat. It makes loud noise every time you turn around. the room is small.

Liked: It was a cheap place to stay close to central cardiff, and it was a very good deal for the money spent.

Disliked: the bathrooms don't drain properly, and most of the situation is barebones, but it's a worthy tradeoff for travellers.

Liked: The staff were very friendly , they gave us their own heater from reception when we were cold!! :)

Disliked: mybe the beds but that was not a big deal.

Liked: Liked the free wifi, the free maps of the city, the free tea/toast for breakfast. Great location and very good price. Had TVs, though some lady hogged it the whole weekend. Not too loud.

Disliked: Dirty, not the nicest looking of places. One bathroom was continuously flooding. 6 bunkbeds were stuffed into a room much too small to comfortably hold them all. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable. Staff were getting bus routes and locations a little mixed up. It is a hostel, though, so students can't be choosers.

Liked: Kind staff, close to the city centre, calm neighbourhood.

Disliked: Only one bathroom for the whole floor, but it wasn't crowdy.

Liked: I've been there a few times before and it is always fun to meet people from around the world. It's quiet during the week, and the staff are great. I must emphasize that the staff were always helpful, and fair, personable and interesting. They're probably not getting paid enough for how enjoyable they made my stay. There was a heater in the room I stayed in this time, a nice improvement. Good privacy, even with public bathrooms.

Disliked: No trash baskets in the public rooms, except the kitchen and bathrooms. The floors and rooms were clean, but the smoking areas outside were not tidied up adequately. The couches had junk between the cushions.

Liked: Nice staff, not far from city-center.

Disliked: Cleanness of bathrooms, and toilets. Noisy drunk people during the night.

Liked: It was close to my friends house and the town centre, exactly that what I was looking for.

Disliked: The beds were really uncomfortable and you don't feel very save on them because they don't seem stable.

Liked: Free wifi , lots of TVs to watch what you like , small pool table , Good showers and bathrooms , short walk into town ,

Disliked: Charging full price for a beer at a budget hostel at a small none eventful bar where no body is ????? £1 poind drinks we would understand and drink there but not £2.50 for a 20p beer . You can't drink your own beers on site so it is hard to meet people around a table drinking dice the bar cost so much . The pillows are so so fin or lumpy it is like sleeping on a pice of toast . Other than that it is a great place and I would stay again and sneak my own piss in and drink in my room again haha

Liked: Friendly staff no hassle , close to the city centre for bars , shops , buses , Doug , Jason and their staff do a great service for their customers . My no 1 hostel in Cardiff 100%

Disliked: Nothing .

Liked: Fun place, very clean, nice kitchen/common areas.

Disliked: Small rooms, a bit of a walk from the centre of town (~10 minutes)

Liked: One of the staff is very much warm-hearted. :)

Disliked: The neibouring seems a bit dirty, I am sorry. The bed shake terribly even with a slight move and sound unpleasantly.

Liked: Included free breakfast, unlike the majority of hostels in the UK. Closeish to the city, free SKY

Disliked: The rooms were very small, there was only enough room for one person to move between the bunk beds. The staff were very unwelcoming and had a bad refund policy in place. The breakfast was too early in the morning and finished at 9am. In the morning staff members came around to the rooms at check out time and woke everybody up, even if you were booked in for extra nights and had the right to sleep in. Not impressed

Liked: It was near the main centre of town and the staff was helpful.

Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I woke up in pain throughout the night. Also, the "breakfast" that was offered was two loafs of bed, a toaster, and two types of jam.

Liked: it was really friendly staff, nice kitchen and a good looking hostel in general :)

Disliked: it should be a better description to where to find the hostel. When I asked the bus drivers at Cardiff Central all gave me the different bus I should have taken. If the bus number was described and what station I should get off at was listed it would certainly be better than the google description, :)

Disliked: many noisy children in the hostel, pupils running around the whole night long like in a youth hostel, disturbing!!!!

Liked: This property was found to be true to my expectation and all my needs. I Stayed for two days and found it well ventilated, clean, and every thing in place such as security lockers, clean bin, wardrobes, etc. I'll prefer to stay again to this hostel if I visit to Cardiff.

Disliked: There wasn't any thing which comes to dislike except finding my room in the hostel i.e just like solving a puzzle of rooms :-) and can say struggling with door key and lock while entering in room.

Disliked: needs decorating and some more toilets/shower. photo's make the place look a lot larger than it is

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Reception needed to keep my ID for the duration of the stay as a deposit for the key, which was not mentioned in the confirmation email. Bathrooms weren't all that clean, even first thing in the morning.
