Liked: New facilities, great kitchen and eating area and comfortable dorms.

Disliked: Bit far from town, bathrooms were dirty. Staff could have been a bit more helpful.

Liked: Good location with helpful staff

Disliked: Didn't spend much time in the hostel as it was a very quick visit - but it was quite cramped.

Liked: I liked that it offered free breakfast, and was good for a sleep

Disliked: I got really lost trying to find the place, but that was my own fault for not having a proper map

Liked: Good size rooms, lockers provided in rooms. Free breakfast in mornings. Free interent computer in lounge room.

Disliked: Nothing really - apart from instructions on print out for how to get there MUST be changed!! They are CONFUSING and take you around the long way. Not fun to be walking 30 mins with a backpack, when in could have been way less!! PLEASE CHANGE.. Also fire alarm being tested at 9am for about 30 mins!!

Liked: It had a lively atmosphere and the facilities were nice.

Disliked: The bathrooms did not always have the necessary items (soap and toilet paper) and the floors in the hostel room needed to be vacuumed. The directions to the hostel, provided by the hostel, were unclear.

Liked: overall cleanliness, location, and tidy rooms

Disliked: a bit noisy; some guests kept talking loudly in the late night that was really annoying.

Liked: I like the fact that there's a 24 hour reception and that there's a pool table on the premises.

Disliked: The fire alarm going off at 6:30AM was a minor dislike, but it was due to someone smoking in their room, so not really their fault.

Liked: The period buildings, its location, the FREE breakfast, the conservatory, plenty of bathrooms.

Disliked: Bar was too quiet, no incetive to drink there. Also when I was getting stuff laundered there was a lot of hanging around for a member of staff to come back from shops! Why cant all staff do laundry? Also for the paltry few items I got laundered it was VERY expensive.

Liked: The location was great, easy walking distance from City Centre. TV available, But only 1 computer for Internet, it would be better if there were more computers.

Disliked: That other people staying on the same room did not always lock the room, so your stuff was 'open for robbery'

Liked: The staff was helpful, the hostel was clean, and the internet was free to use. Also, each bathroom was a single person bathroom!

Disliked: Because we stayed in a 12 person room we could not lock the door.

Liked: friendly staff

Disliked: unsafe, dirty, the mattresses are really realllyyyyyyy uncomfortable, two women were crying because some people stole some stuff from their cars (different cars) when parked outside of the hostel. it was really dirty, and the "breakfast" was just coffee. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay. But to be fair it was really cheap, I guess you get what you pay for.

Disliked: Terrible pillow and swinging bedstead, only two socket in 4 bed room, no locker, no mirror, very poor facilities.

Liked: Location is pretty near city centre- just a few minutes walk away. Decent place to stay. I like that they use keys, and not key cards.

Disliked: Laundry was really expensive, and wasn't ready when they said it would be.
