Liked: very friendly staff, went above and beyond.great location, close to center of town but very quiet.very very clean rooms.private rooms were very private, which was great.

Liked: Staff very friendly, bar open most hours of the day. No curfew was very good

Liked: The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful the hostel was clean, the bar and games room was good. The location on the hostel was nice and close and the value for money was just great - I would recommend this hostel to anyone going to Cardiff.

Liked: It had all the facilities you need but due to the time of the year it was very quiet. I am sure it would be a really good place to stay in the summer. Very good location being only 5 min from the city centre. Staff are very friendly.

Liked: Cheap, central and an all round fun place. However, there are only limited showers and when the hostel is full, it is a fight for the bathroom.

Liked: big windows, bright room, new bed sheet every day, breakfast included, great value for money, free internet, very nice bathroom and toilet. Best backpackers I've ever stayed.
