Liked: The place was really funky. Hamocks in the TV lounge, funky wall paper, the lighting outside the rooms, loved it! Our window was broken, so stayed open and it was COLD but we were offered another room! The reception staff, especially Sam was really helpful. She told where everything was and what there was to do in the area!

Liked: Really good hostel. The staff were great and breakfast was amazing!Far better than some hotels we have stayed in. Would definately recommend.

Liked: A great little hostel. Clean, tidy, friendly. Nice bar downstairs and a terrace overlooking the River Taff and Millennium Stadium to relax on. Very enjoyable. Great location too- 5 minute walk from Cardiff Central Station, 5 minutes to the shops, bars and restaurants.

Liked: Good hostel in a great location on the river.The bar had reasonable prices and discounts for those staying in the hostel.The security was very good. Swipe cards used on every door, it could be seen as annoying, but if a little annoyance means my things don't get stolen thats fine by me.The rooms were lage and clean and the bathrooms were more than adaquate.Good place this one!

Liked: it was pretty decent, although every door is heavy and slams closed every time it is opened so it's not very quiet during the day, late at night or early morning

Liked: I like the gym. I wish there were free Internet access and either paper towels or a hand dryer instead of a hand towel in the bathrooms.

Liked: I had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it to someone visiting Cardiff. I came in the off season and spent 3 nights in a dorm by myself which was fantastic. The property is clean and secure, my only complaint is that the bus button showers are exceedingly hot.
