I booked and payd for a river view room but they gave me a sunrise deluxe and as soon as I realised it, I went to the reception to complain about that but they didn't change the room.

Fantastic river view, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom spacious, quiet yet the hotel is close to hustle and bustle. Location superb, 15 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market and Re-unification Palace. Highly recommended, could find no fault. Breakfast buffet excellent with Western and Asian food.
