marsha pennerWe loved this hotel. It's quiet, clean, and the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed here twice - for a few days when we first arrived in Vietnam, and then again on our way home. If we get a chance to go back to HCMC we will most certainly stay here again. |

Jasper de WeertIt's just great! The staff speaks perfect English, is friendly and helpful! They offer free Wifi in your room and the beds are the best I've slept in in Vietnam (not as hard as a slab of concrete as in general). Two thumbs up for the Saigon Mini Hotel! |

Namiko TakahashiIt is very clean and the room is large enough. The hotel staff were very nice and I had no trouble with their English. The internet was free of charge. |

cherrie pangThis is the first time for us to visit Saigon. Both of us work in the service industry and we travel around the world frenquently. For a hotel, how to make the place feel like home is all depends on how the people working there present themselves. This is for sure that staff in the mini hotel are approachable, friendly, egar to talk and offer hands always. May I take this chance here to thank LeMinh who always works in night shift. His enthusiasm of showing us the interesting side of Vietnam did impress us. We could not help giving him a WOW as can feel that he does enjoy his work a lot. He even offered his help to book the tour for us early in the morning (before 7am) while we were sleeping. We enjoyed so much the hussle-free tips that he provided , we felt valued and unique to be here as his customer. Thao, anthoer staff of the Saigon Mini Hotel, was also another one I would like to thank. Her lovely smile also make us feel warm and welcomed everytime when I hopped back to the hotel. She even shared us the information of her homeplace after work. This was really touching. Last but not least, the helpfulness and the smile of Miss Thui also brighten up our days here. We could say PEOPLE here was the main reasons for our return to the same hotel from our island holiday during our stay in Vietnam. We love this hotel so much. One day if we come back to visit the country again, we WILL stay in this feel-like-home lovely hotel again definitely. We have no doubt to recommend this place to our friends! |
