Liked: The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, but also allow you privacy. The room was impecably clean and well maintained.

Disliked: The only bummer was that we had the top storey room and had to walk up lots and lots of stairs everytime we wanted to go to our room.

Liked: Lucky to find this hotel on Hostelbookers,com, this hotel is better other hotels I stayed in Vietnam. The room is extremly clean and quiet because it is in alley, centrally located, the staff is very friendly and give you all information in the city. Great value for money on room rates.

Liked: The staff are very helpful and will help you with pretty much anything you need. We left early in the morning for Siem Reap and without having asked they made us sandwiches for our trip, which I very much appreciated.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helped us to get orientated around the city. They also sorted out our train tickets for a small fee which made things so much easier when we left Saigon. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants, bars, street food stalls, tourist agencies in the area around De Thams and on Bien Vui. And it's easy to get to the main tourist attractions either on foot or by taxi. The room we had was fine - very clean with a large tv, fridge, ac, wifi etc. The guest house is in a busy city center so we didn't have a window, although some of the other rooms did but it didn't make a difference since we hardly spent any time in our room. Also, it wasn't noisy at all since the guest house is slightly off of the main road.

Disliked: The breakfast was ok - not the best ever. There was nice toast with very sweet jam but you could have eggs. It was ok.

Liked: The place is a great budget Hotel in fact the best one we've stayed in including India and thailand. The staff are great and couldnt help any more than they do and make it a very welcoming hotel. Spotlessly clean.

Liked: Good location, we walked to many of the sights from the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day, have to take your shoes off before going upstairs. Free tea & coffee with use of kettle in double / twin room. Friendly staff.

Disliked: Windowless room so no natural light. Would not really recommend the day tour to the Mekong River arranged through the hostel - a day full of sights where you are expected to buy products such as honey, coconut candy and coffee throughout the day.
