Liked: The staff were brilliant. I lost my phone and room key when I was out drinking and the girl who was working there that night helped me out letting me into the room and did not complain when I woke her up to use the phone to call my phone company to get it cancelled

Liked: The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean. When they learned that our flight was late in the evening, they allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby and even offered free shower...so hospitable!

Liked: The staff here are very friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a very quite place to stay. If you want to meet people, there are a few restaurants/bars to meet people around the corner. You can book activities at the guesthouse. If you don't mind walking, you can get to the markets and museums. Luan Vu is a great place to stay.

Liked: the cleanliness of the place, i like their idea of not wearing shoes throughout the building. only thing is the internet service is from 7am till 11pm..otherwise everything else is gd...friendly staff...great location..

Liked: We travelled by bus from Nha Trang & the drop off point at The Sinh Cafe is round the corner from this hotel. Very friendly & clean.Plenty of eating places around here.
