Liked: We travelled as a family with 2 children and took 2 of the smaller rooms at the back which had no natural daylight, but they were very quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were a mixture of couples and families staying some with quite young children. The biggest bonus of the place was the incredibly helpful staff who arranged trips, transport, deliveries and anything wlse you wanted. It was well placed for restuarants, markets and within walking distance of the major tourist attractions. Very good value.

Liked: we arrived very early and woke up the receptionest she was lovely offering us the net and allowing us to sleep in the reception area until our bedroom came free. lovely place to stay nice breaky even made us a packed breaky as left early...nice shower and nice people. recommend it to anyone.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and good. The breakfast was very simple with only a roll, butter and jam and one cup of tea/coffee/juice but was all that was needed. They were good at recommending tours and I definitely emphasise going on their tour of the cu chi tunnels with 'mr bean' as it was really good!

Liked: Nice room, clean - you have to take your shoes off before going upstairs. they let me stay there using the internet etc for most of the day and leave my bag even though i had checked out. Very friendly. A little expensive compared to other options in HCM but nice.

Liked: The staff were beyond helpful, so friendly and happy to help, they even called ahead and booked our next hostel for us when we were having language issues, and went along to a friends doctor's appointment to act as a translator! The room was spotless, and it was the best shower we have had so far on our trip! The hotel is also in a great location.

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is clean and everything works. It is centrally located and easy to find. Excellent value for money. I have already recommended it to my friends!

Liked: The sign board was not big enough, our taxi driver couldnt find it on the 1st day we arrived. However, once you know the location, it's super easy to be located.

Liked: Very helpfull staff, superclean room!!! The location were good too, but the room we had didn't have any windows and it was quite small. But because it was so clean that didn't matter for us!!!

Liked: Great location and very clean premises. Except that they have to be reminded to provide soap and towels. Staff speak good english and are very friendly and helpful. They help me book the ticket to the Water Puppet show and also provide good ideas on tourist places to visit. YOu can hop onto a taxi just outside the hotel. Taxi service is very good - all run on meters and there is no problem except you have to make sure that they know your destination. Otherwise, they will be going in circle. Better to point to the road or place in the map as they may not understand our pronunciation. Nearby hotel is the Tay Binh market which is for the locals but good to shop there as it is not as commercial as Ben Thanh. Also can try the noodles there. You can buy the local coffee there at very good price - About USD1.25 for a packet. The food sellers there are very friendly. Also some side stalls selling clothes etc.

Liked: Being just off Bui Vien Street (the main backpackers area), it was therefore quiet accomodation, then again my room was at the back of the building without a window, which helped reduce the noise level. Easy access to everywhere from here and excursion prices were pretty much the same as everyone elses. Breakfast being the usual bread and jam/egg.
