Liked: it's a wonderful place to stay if you just want somewhere safe to sleep and keep your bags. no luxury hotel but friendly staff and a good workout going up the stairs! great place if you just want to eat great food and drink cheaply near by.

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Luan Vu. I cannot rate the staff here highly enough. Very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet; I could not hear any of the noise from the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in HCMC.

Liked: Very clean , safe ,helpfull staff ,ideal location, very quite ,wouldn,t hesitate to stay again.Breakfast is fine ,just enough to get you going if you want more theres plenty out side to choose from.After staying here 16 nights I couldn,t fault the place if I tried

Liked: My wife and i stayed for four nights. Clean rooms,fair priceand location right in the thick of it. Cam Thi and staff(in particular Thao, the woman that always seemed to be there, were super friendly and helpful.come and stay here we don't think you will be disappointed. Need to book as i feel they are busy. And hostel bookers is a good site to use. cheers

Liked: The hotel was ok, but really not as good as i expected after reading tons of positive reviews about it. The staff was not so friendly the one night we stayed there (we all have bad days, so maybe it was the case...?).

Liked: I'm trying to extend my stay here. The staff are excellent; they clean my room every day; great location. Only one down-side, and only for long-term stays: I'd like to see a little more variety in breakfast for people who stay longer, but I'm the exception to the norm. The value is excellent. Again, I'm extending my stay here as much as possible while I get settled in HCMC. Luan Vu is a great place to land and get your bearings: secure, friendly, and helpful information -- everything from booking a tour to getting copies made.
