Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; perfect location right in the middle of the backpacker area; clean large room, Internet. Staff helped me book a car to the airport and gave me a wake-up call since I had to leave at 5 am. Great basic hotel for the price -- clean and quiet.

Liked: Not only was it central but it is tucked away in an alley off the main street so you can't hear the traffic from the main road. The staff are helpful and informative. The rooms are also very clean.

Liked: I lost my cell phone in the guesthouse after i checked out, althought i check out, i can still leave my luggage there for some time, after i back to the guesthouse, we were informed that i lost my cell phone, i even forgot i lost my cell phone,, i and my friend were so surprised and happy that they keep the cell phone, the staff also kindly send me an email to infom me to get back my cell phone and ask how can he send the cell phone to me....i and my friend are so touched. The staff there is so helpful, nice and responsible. luan Vu Guesthouse is the best guesthouse.

Liked: Friendly staff who were always happy to help. Free wifi was good but only works in reception or probably rooms on lower floors. Great location.

Liked: Fantastic location down a side road that no cars could drive down.Everything on your doorstep and safe. Helpful staff that booked tours for us with a good company with guides that spoke good English. Good advice given on where to book train tickets as there are a lot of scams out there.
