Lindsay SmithAttention to cleanliness, genuine friendliness of the operator and staff, Nothing is a problem with a strong focus on service and your comfort. Chanh, the Manager, takes his job seriously, enjoys his work, is very hard working. He welcomes everyone will accommodate your needs. Really enjoyed my stay there and if I return to Vietnam I will stay at the Bich Duyen Hotel. I did not have a fixed itinerary and played my holiday my ear; if I wanted to stay at the Bich Duyen, but if booked out - Chanh would place me in the adjoining hotel which is of comparable standard and owned by the same person. |
