Customer reviewSuper friendly hotel in a convenient location. The front desk person was especially warm and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and attractive. The service is great. Halong bay and Sapa tour booked with hotel were fantastic and well-organized. It's a wonderful hotel that I would visit again in a second! |

Although the room we stayed in was nothing to write home about, it was exactly what we expected for the 20-something dollars a night we paid to stay here. We booked our tour/cruise for Halong Bay through the hotel, and were very happy with the tour we took (excellent value for the money). We'd most likely stay here again if we found ourselves back in Hanoi. |
