Liked: staff are good (except the grumpy guy who was working the desk on the first morning... not a morning person?, breakfast is a real bonus. Location is excellent, and for the price - brilliant.

Liked: friendly and supportive, staff always had time to answer questions, deal with problems - eg I lost keys to my case, they went down the road to get tools to smash padlock!!Amazingly staff knew us all by name!Beautiful clean sheets and dormPlenty of LOCKED space under each bed (half the bed size)FREE BREAKFAST!! Liked: u had a fantastic time staying here and met lots of people we went away for 3 nights and then came back to hanoi for 1 night before getting our opern bus ticket down south andf we came straight back to here cuz is fab!! :-)

Liked: Friendly, helpful and informed staff who are always happy to help. Great barbeque nights and sunday sessions! Really cool place, clean and in a good location for the surrounding tourist spots and nightlife. Best place we've stayed in Asia, go there!

Liked: Brilliant place to met people if you're travelling on your own. Owners and staff really helpful and full of info. Excellent dorms and security really good.

Liked: an amazing place in an amazing city. if you want rock bottom prices then you can find another hostel. For value for money this place is ace. met loads of people, was really clean and the hotel staff seemed to help everyone from guests to people walking by in the street. we also booked a 3 day trip to halong bay with them. again could find cheaper but value for money with this place is spot on. hanoi rocks!!! 1st advice get on the back of a motor bike to get here. second advice make sure you get the bike to this hostel!

Liked: We had a few ups and downs in Hanoi and Michael and his staff were unbeleivably helpful. he best customer care I have had in years let alone travelling. They even got in a taxi with us to make sure we got to the right train for an overnighter.
