Liked: I loved everything about the Kangaroo Hostel 2, the warmly welcome, the rooms are well decorated, good bathrooms, big breakfast and Free Wi-fi . They helped me to arrange the fantastic Ha long bay trip and offer free shower before my next trip to Hue. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone going to Hanoi.

Liked: Very nice hostel! lovely large clean rooms, very helful staff, great location near the lake, Dong Xuan market and night market.

Liked: Great place with large rooms. I always double check before taking a room to ensure everything works properly (just a good sanity check) and everything did work: AC, toliet, hot water, lights, TV, and Wi/Fi. Staff spoke good english and were always willing to help (i.e. gave specific directions for getting a train ride to Ha Long Bay through Hai Phong and it only cost $3 - which was super cool of them).

Liked: Very warm and geninue staff that speaks english good enough. Rooms are very large for the price, and coffee/tea is available at any time :) ! Highly recommend for singles, familes, and couples looking for a geninue experience.

Liked: Rooms are large for the price and the staff is very friendly as well as good english speakers. Staff gave many recommendations to the local area and you could book tours to Ha Long Bay through the hotel. Before booking, I did check the room to verify that everything functioned properly such as toliet, AC, hot water, lights, TV, WiFi, etc and everything was perfectly fine. Highly recommend the place to couples and familes.

Liked: It's simple, geninue, and family owned. Large rooms for the price and comfortable beds. Breakfast was available every morning no matter what time I woke up, which is great for those late nights out drinking. Coffee and tea is also available whenever.

Liked: I really had a great stay here. I heard many good thing about Kangaroo Hostel,and I found down that Kangaroo Hostel 2 is the new branch of Kangaroo Hostel company serve with higher services. The hotel is really value for money. I stayed at 5 floor with the nice view, but it is very easy to get my room with the elevator. Staff was so nice . Everything was perfect

Liked: Leider wurde im Hotel ein Tragegurt fuer meinen Koffer entwendet. Der Manager zeigte sich bestuerzt und hat sein Personal zur Rede gestellt.Der Diebstahl ist mir aber erst bei der Abreise aufgefallen, so dass ich nicht weiss, was daraus geworden ist.
