Customer reviewin in over 5 hotels in Vietnam. We were high up so not much noise, cable TV and free fruit and breakfast. Lovely staff, doing as much as they can to help and book things for you. Like all things in Vietnam, though, the tours were over exagerated. ... I Love This Hotels |

Customer reviewPrice is very low and rooms are clean. But still not sure to understand why this hotel has 3 different names: World Hotel, David Guesthouse and Boutique Hotel...(marketing value or scam value :) ) We wanted to stay more time in the hotel due to low price and cleaness, but it was "full" after we said we wouldn't need any tour with them... I guess that's part of the game but would recommend travellers not to say their plans to staff if you want to see a smile each time you get across reception. |

Nicola Martinthe staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly, made us feel so welcome. they also booked our halong bay trip and our bus so we could just enjoy our time here. very clean aswell and good breakfast...oh and free internet and wi-fi. cant complain! |

Lacoste MagalieVery friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Staff organised a little party and invited to beers and food. It was very nice from them part. I highly recomend it. But have in mind it s an hostel of 5$ px, it s not the Hilon. |

Customer reviewMy stay at the THE WORLD HOTEL was very enjoyable and without trouble. The staff was enthusiastic and very friendly. The front desk staff had very good English skills. I do however believe that it would improve customer service if more of the staff had more then a limited understanding of English. I would sometimes see other tourists trying to make themselves understood without success WE recomment for THE WORLD HOTEL.Thank you very much to Mr.TONY HOANG (manager of THE WORLD HOTEL who gave us all informations in HANOI and HA LONG trip) I LOVE THIS HOTEL |

david thornStaff were very helpful, they arrange the man went to airport pick up us. They always smile and run out to help us and sent to us the best information about the location, Tours and bus tickets are good value for money from the tour desk. Halong bay was perfect, no need to book tours with anyone else (They guarantee for the tours and make everything right way). Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Thanks for everything. |

Customer reviewLovely little hotel in the heart of Hanoi. David Guesthouse 4 was our first hotel in Vietnam, staying for 4 nights we were given first class service from start to finish. We arranged collection from the airport which was a great idea and the driver stopped during our journey to the hotel so we could take a few photos. Once arriving at the hotel we were given welcome drinks, the rooms are lovely, great selection of breakfast dishes, the staff are also very helpful with suggested some amazing places to eat. |

Customer reviewThe beautiful The World Hotl . It is conveniently located in the old quarter, 7 minutes away from the Hoan Kiem Lake and has everything outside their front steps. The Tourism office is also at the hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly especially The Manager ''' Tony Hoang ''' who is very kind and has given us great suggestion like where to eat authentic Vietnamese food such as “banh cuon” and “sticky rice”. Breakfast is included. For those who enjoy a nice cold drink, you are in luck! There is a fridge in the room , Good Hotel |

I had booking for 1 night but I stayed for 2 nights because their helpful and kindly they treat me so well .drinks and foods are free by their offer , I also enjoyed diner with them, very very delicious . a warmly place to stay as such your home .
