Tamara KillerThe staff was really friendly and helpful. They picked us up at the train station and arranged a hotel for us in hoian. Our room was in the 3rd floor, very quiet. The room was very clean and they changed the towels and cleaned the bathroom the second day. I would definetely recommend this hotel. |

Chang Leem NgOne of the best hostels i've been in the world. Go to their own halong bay trip. IT is a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but loads of people from the hostel go too. Tons of fun!!! |

Customer reviewThe room very clean and cozy, great room with city view. Breakfast with many choice (speacily specially noodle soup). The staff so friendly and kind, they help us booked Halong Bay (3days-2nights) with great price and great trip. We highly recommended this hotel for who travelling to hanoi. |

Customer reviewWe stayed for 3 nights at Queen Star hotel and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and extremly helpful. They booked tours, confirmed flights, made phone calls on our behalf and gave us many great ideas for things to do and places to shop and eat. Breakfast was delicious and was always served with a smille and good cheer. The hotel is in a convenient location in the middle of all the action yet the room is very quiet. The wonderful staff at this hotel makes a stay here truely memorable. Highly recommended. |
