philip datAt first I thought that the smiling were like... " OK, do yo wanna buy a tour from us..." but in fact, there are genuine excellent staff and incredibly kind and well aware of what the word "service" means ! With no doubt, my best stay in Vietnam up to now . |

ann marieWe picked this hotel based on its rating and reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed! The hotel is new and conveniently located in Ha Noi . On arrival you are provided with a welcome drink and some fruit. There is complimentary breakfast with a good selection of 'Western-style' (i.e. eggs, baguettes, fruit and cereal) and Vietnamese-style food (i.e. pho). The hotel also provides complimentary snacks in the afternoon (tropical fruit or cakes). Rooms are spacious and modern, including a computer with free internet access, TV and DVD player. The highlight of this hotel has to be it staff - genuinely helpful and friendly, and seriously funny. Would definitely recommend to others, and looking forward to staying at the Charming Hotel for my next trip to Ha Noi. |

reeves david robertSuch a friendly, attractive and clean hotel - nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff are lovely. We particularly enjoyed the bicycle tours they exclusively offer - the staff organised bicycles for us, gave us a detailed map and guide, and off we went. Going around by bicycle is definietly the best way to explore this beautiful city! |
