Dean VanFriendly staff, during our 3 nights stay the staff were able to answer all our questions and were helpful with walk up calls and taxi requests. In good location on major tourist attraction. Internet access in lobby. " This hotel has met everything a leisure travels need. Well managed and very clean, comfortable room. |

Parris AnneOne cannot find a better location in Hanoi. My room was small ( that was single room ) but well decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was great, they din't mind to give me the heater when I was cold. I booked here after a bad experience in a hotel.I would certainly not hesitate to book this hotel again. |

It is rare that we stayed in a hotel with what we paid has a nicer shower than our own home, hot water 24 hours, safe, airconditioning, complementary water, bathroom amenities. Highly recommended. Location is superb. I could walk arround and lots to do in the vincinity... |

Sarah MichelleThis is a wonderful hotel. We arrived quite awhile before our check in time and they made every effort they could to make us comfortable with breakfast ( free of charge ) using internet, tried their best to give us the room as soon as possible. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We had a great view of Lake. We also had great time in Halong Bay organized by hotel. We would definitely stay here if we come back. |

Customer reviewWe were welcome from the first step with warm smiles, they will rush to open the taxi door and greet you. Up to our room was not large but gaves us a very comfy and cozy feeling with all we need, the flat screen TV include many chanels, electronic safe box... and bathroom amenities, everything meets our need. It's a great hotel in all respects. Thanks Lings and other staff. |

Customer reviewI have booked this hotel for one night but extended 2 more nights, I enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent for visiting and shopping. Check in and out was easy and hassle free. The Receptionist ware partucularly welcoming and helpful, room was cleaned everyday made me a comfortable stay. |

Alvarez AleaExcellent location, as my husband and I have not been to Hanoi yet, that was the first time, the hotel was ideally situated, and at the right price and excelled all my expectations with regards to comfort, friendliness and service provided, with the elevator, gave me a feeling of comfort and security. Facility to leave luggage on day of leaving to do last minute shopping, sightseeing at no charge. |

Haney CathThere is really nothing negative to say about this hotel. The room was great and clean. It was closer to everything than we had thought, easy for us to walk to local attractions. Staff were efficient and friendly. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will be booking again when we come back to Hanoi. |

Le JackThe staff are really helpful, friendly and go out their way to be congenially without being false. Their local knowledge of Hanoi is brilliant. It's clean and safe. You are within one minute walking distance of the Lake, restaurants, bars are closed by. Included in your room price you get free breakfast, free internet, towels, TV , safe box, fridge in room, elevator. We can not recommend this hotel enough. |

Pau KiangWhat a fabulouse Hotel this was !!! I had a four nights stay there on my own. People here are so nice that they made me feel like home. The room and bathroom always are clean & comfortable, security box is available in the room. There is elevator which is so convenient when you have a lot of baggages. Breakfast is always prepared everyday. Most important they always offer you help when you are need like buying and sending me postcards for easier. Really had a great time here. |
