Customer reviewTea & coffee making facilities and PC in each room are some extras you dont find in many budget Hanoi Hotels. New, big (30 inch?) flat wide screen TVs which double up as the monitor. Has long corridors and proper carpeting - which helps cut noise. Large, fully-furnished rooms to high quality. |

Customer reviewA nice quiet hotel - due to the fact it is not near Old quarter. If you don't want to take taxis/motodups then this is not the place for you, because it is 10 min ride on moto to the old quarter. Before they charged 10 dollar for a private room but now it is about 15. I think they realized their mistake and kicked me out of the hotel claiming it was full for two weeks with a business party - yet they still advertised on here! Friendly staff - they even smile when they kick you out. |

Customer reviewTicked all my boxes : 1) Quiet - because it is not in the old quarter 2) Immaculate and well furnished 3) Has a lift - this is a rarity here - try staying on upper floors in a Hanoi hotel and you realize how important this is |

Radoslav IvanIt was pleasant time we spent there I would recommend it to everyone, but be sure to book it on line because they will try to charge you double money for every extra night even if they have empty rooms. Otherwise the girl on the reception was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this property to everyone how want to spend quite time in hotel. |
