Liked: Staff is very helpful on any needs you might have. Tours offered are price wise in line with offers from other travel agents in the area.Rooms are clean and well equipped. Wifi and internet work only in the common area on the ground floor, but that is no real problem.

Liked: i got a free upgrade to a private room! (pretty sure they must have run out of dorm beds) they also helped me book my train ticket to hue (although I'm not sure how much of a commission they took) and they took my Chinese currency to be exchanged for me (a very good rate with no commission). Overall they staff is extremely helpful. It's not super vibrant, so for a single traveler it's not the best place to meet people.

Liked: We received a lovely welcome, everything you could need provide with great prices. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and we were given clean towels everyday in four night stay. Wouldn't hesitate in booking here again and will recommend to all wanting a nice place to stay in Hanoi.

Liked: From the moment I arrived to the end of my stay I was impressed with generous and friendly people here. I was in my clean room moments upon arrival with express check-in. The location is convenient to plenty of places to eat and enjoy. I had great stay at this COZY guesthouse.

Liked: Hanoi Guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms were clean, we had a great balcony that overlooked the city, breakfast was included, and we had access to computers with internet for free.What really made our stay, however, was the staff. We arrived on a 4 a.m. train with nowhere to stay. Hai welcome us in and gave us breakfast right away. He made sure we were taken care of, even though there was not a room available right away.Unlike many other guesthouses in Vietnam, the staff was not pushy and did not try to force tours on us. When we asked for recommendations for authentic restaurants, they gave us their favorites, not the over-run tourist spots. We loved Hanoi Guesthouse and would definitely return!

Liked: My three nights stay in this cozy guesthouse felt like home away from home. The room is not huge but it's clean and enough to be comfortable with all I need. Staff was very helpful whatever I asked for they were always happy to help me out, also with booking local trips with great price. Excellent value for money.

Liked: Good location. Just around 5 minutes by walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Great staff!! - nice and helpfull. Very friendly. I really felt like at home! Rooms are simple but clean. Wi-fi works only in the lobby...but still I think it's a great place to stay!!!

Liked: The accomodation itself is standard but the staff are always happy to help and travellers can continue to use the facilities and services long after they've checked out, making it great for backpackers needing somewhere to base themselves while they explore the north of Vietnam. Great value for money.

Liked: The room we had was super with a lovely balconly, it is breathtaking at anytime of day and we immediately felt relaxed. Miss Chao, Hang and Uyn make us very welcome and went out their way to make sure we had a great stay! We arrived mid day but were still served breakfast, tea, coffee. It's an excellent guesthouse and a perfect place to stay! We can't fault it.

Liked: Moved from other hotel and immediately booked in for extra nights, turned into one week. I had a great time here. The staff is very nice and accomodating. They have whatever you need, they even let me use a bike to cruise around the city for free, high speed internet. Everyone from different countries had fun together. I would definetely stay there again.

Liked: Rooms are good and clean, has minibar, AC...the location is perfect. The best choice in town, reasonably priced with complimentary breakfast which was nice. Such good coffee! And I would say that Hanoi Guesthouse is a very nice experience. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing time away.

Liked: It was wonderful place to be with hospitalble staff who extending all possible help to make us feel at home. The room and ensuite bathroom were small but a good size for two with a small desk and wardrobe. Getting around city centre was really easy. Certainly, we were very impressed with Hanoi Guesthouse.

Liked: the staff were amazingly helpful and so kind.The rooms were spotlessly clean and it was in a great location.The staff made this guesthouse as they were so helpful.When we needed to stay an extra night and the rooms were full, they transferred us to their sister property who were also extremely helpful.

Liked: You should stay here! This is such a lovely Guesthouse. Staff really friendly, were delightful and couldn't do enough to help us, breakfasts were good! Our room was clean, comfortable. The only wifi connection didn't work in our room but it worked dowstair. We'd recommend!

Liked: It was impeccably, friendly staff, our room was clean, comfortable, great for what we needed. We like the location which make the stay more comfortable and safe for our kids.Cannot fault it as received an upgrade which was just fabulous!!! We'd choose for a holiday but this guesthouse is also a good choice for a business.

Liked: The front desk staff was extremely helpful in helping us find another property to stay at after we could not book our room for a 2nd night. She personally led me down the street to another hotel, helped get me a wonderful rate, and offered to serve me lunch while I waited for my new room to be cleaned. They are great and I would recommend a room with a balcony, they are huge!

Liked: Like everyone else said, the staff is great. I was happy w/my stay. Brilliant location in the cente of old town. My private single room is small size but it was clean and comfy. I did enjoy my stay there. If you're there on a Saturday, check out the night local market. And take advantage of their tours and beer tastings.

The guesthouse is really suitable for travellers who looking for the family atmosphere. Besides, the internet is free, it's important. Our twin room is clean and comfortable. We do recommend it.

Liked: Two of my friends and I had good times in Hanoi Guesthouse. We were very satisfactory about our room though it's small but very clean and has TV, frigerator, good hot shower. Moreover, all staff was very kind.
