Customer reviewWe spent only 1 night to stay at Hanoi Astoria hotel but i have to say that it's unforgetable time of our family when staying there.It's a nice small hotel with nice room and spacious.Staffs are really kind , friendly and helpful when help us to organized Sapa Tour.Hotel has good location, just a couple of minute to walk Hoan Kiem lake and some shoping streets.The most special thing that hotel atmostphere is so warm and we feel as staying our family.We will come back this hotel after Sapa tour and would like to recommended someone who looking for accommodation in Hanoi.It's valued for your money! |

pham vu quangthe hotel very good location in the center of old quarter only 03 minute walk to hoan kiem lake , room clean , hot water and strong shower nice breakfast. ,high speed internet , Wifi , staff very friendly and helpfull Manager . me and my family very enjoy Hanoi Astoria Hotel .''' ching yen chongThe average of the hotel is good and nice, the staff is nice too. The female receptionist is very nice and friendly and make me felt comfortable when i was travel alone. The tour they promote is not such good , for example 2day3Night trip Sappa where the sappa travel agency where summit hotel cheat me, where i paid for 2 star hotel room, but i just stayed in budget hotel where simply like a room in a bungalow, the room of 2 hotel is totally different, this make me so disappointed. When i return from Sappa to Hanoi , the agency me slept in a train where no air-cond at all and it is a extra cabin. But, when i back and comlaint to the receptionist ,she immediately called to the travel agent and she let me stay in a deluxe room as applogize . She make me feel happy to stay in Astoria, but when the night i have to back, the guy's who work in night shift make me felf unhappy. He try to exchange my Dong to USD in very low currency rate, he try hard to persuave me, i hate this. Beside of the incident, overall of the hotel is excellent. |
