Customer reviewOur toilet wouldn't flush and when you would have a shower the bathroom would flood, I also think he overcharged us when we checked out. |

Customer reviewThis is one of the new breed of boutique hotels and although some things are 'still in progress' they are doing a fabulous job. The staffs are friendly and really helpful and the hotel is beautifully decorated with contemporary art. ). Brilliant value for money, great location, friendly staff (who even got up at 4am for us on our departure) and free internet access. I don't have a bad word to say and would definitely return here as it made our stay in Hanoi a pleasure. |

Customer reviewA two minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and central pagodas etc. in Hanoi. Located on a less busy side street just down from the youth hostel. Stayed there a total of 2 days off and on between side trips. Staff is very friendly and accomodating-they arranged all of our side trips to various parts of N. and central Vietnam. Rooms were large, so nice and extremly clean. Breakfast were well-cooked went along well with tea and coffee for free. |

Customer reviewGreat hotel in the central of Hanoi- Perfect location for traveler! we said we would arrive by midnight and when we finally emerged from the airport at 2a:m they were still there!!! comfy and clean rooms and lovely staff. They set us up with a driver who was a gem. fantastic place. would definately come again without hesitation. |
