John GerrardTo all the hotel staff, I'd like to thank you for your warm welcome and looking after me during my short quick stay in Hanoi. The hotel staff went beyon their duties and helped as well as made me feel at home in the hotel, even going out of their way for me to ensure I was happy For anyone staying at the hotel I hope and I'm sure you have had or having the same experience as myself. Being a solo traveler it is important to have a place you can go to that makes you feel at home and for that I will be forever grateful. Thank you all and will hopefully see you all next year or whenever I am lucky enough to come back to Hanoi for my longer stay!! |

Customer reviewThe rooms here are quite standard, but the price is cheaper than any other hotel we found while walking around the old quarter (we found a few for $18 - $22, most are over $30 - for the same standard of room). Breakfast is good (2 fried eggs & 4 slices of toast) and I was even offered more (free) coffee an hour after breakfast as I sat on the internet! The staff seem a bit stand-offish, but if you ask for help or advice they are very helpful. The hotel is 5-10 min walk to the old quarter, but also 5-10 min walk to the bus station (for bus 17 to/from the airport). |

Customer reviewThank you for making our short stay in the Old Quarter so interesting and enjoyable. You were always available to answear our questions and offer suggestions, and your assistance allowed us to experience the real flavour of Vietnam, especially Hanoi. Thank for organising the Halong Bay tour-the price was exellent value for money and the quality of good, accommodation and sightseeing was better than some of the other big name tour groups we looked into.
