Liked: i like the hotel, but i strongly NOT recommend the Fantasea Tour that they offered for the Ha Long Bay, cos the trip got delayed for 1 day!

Liked: Easy location, free internet and breakfast. Lack of lift may leave you puffing if your on the higher floors. The hotel is very helpful with tours and tickets, but has links to only a few tour agents and seems to charge quite a lot in commission fee's.

Liked: really ejoyed our stay at Hanoi Blue Sky .The staff was very helful ,they go out of their way to help their customers .The room is spacious, minibar, airconditioning, and a very comfortable large bed. I loved this place. Made my stay in Hanoi all the better.

Liked: Would have to be the best hostel I have stayed at,there was not a thing to fault, the staff were excellent the room and bed very comfortable and ultra clean I have stayed in dearer accommodation that was not up to the standard set by the blue sky.Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Hanoi, this is the place to go

Liked: Staff is incredible. Best ever. Booked us train tickets to Hue and flight tickets to Saigon when everthing was sold out. And they managed to get it at half price. Very clean. God price for meals at the hotel. Great, great place!

Liked: The employers are realy friendly and helpful. The try to make it cheaper for example the fix persons to share a taxi with when you are going to the airport.
