Liked: i'm stayed for a night first and after our Halong Bay tour, we came back and stayed another few nights. The facilities were very clean. They clean ur room & change towels every day. . All staff are friendly and helpful. Booked their ha dugong boat trip for halong bay 2day/1night. Would recommend. This is a good hostel,

Liked: The hotel is in a nice quiet location near the biggest lake in Hanoi, but it is a little bit of a walk from the main tourist centre of 'Old Hanoi'. The room was large, clean and modern

Liked: It's in a very good poisition, 5min walks to the Hoan Kiem lake,10min walks to the busy centre. The room is nice with big bed. The price was reasonable.The best part is the staff.Most of them can speak good English. They tried their best to help us . We checked-in early it was only 6am. There was no room for us on that moment. Viet (the boss??) let us store our luggages there and provided the free breakfast for us.We knew the breakfast was included but just for the next morning.we got free extra ones. When we asked the taxi to Ba Dinh Square, Nghia(the staff) and his friend drove us around the city and took us to the Square, for free! When we flied back to Hanoi from Ho Chi minh. "Queen" (her name pronounced like Queen in English) allowed us to stored our luggages even we didn't book the room on that day. They're all very nice person and made us feel like being at home. Highly recommend!

Liked: A very good place to stay and Viet was more than helpful and was very attentive, making us tea when we were in the reception chatting with other guests and on computer. Bed was possibly the best for comfort so far. Even though the hotel is on a very busy road it soon became quiet in the evenings. Good value for money

Disliked: Bathroom was a littel small but good shower and hot water

Liked: The satff are amazing. On our way to Hanoi my camera and wallet was stolen. The lady on reception came with us to the police station to translate and stayed for 6 hours!!! You don't get that kind of service in the UK. The hotel offers tours, which the manager did not push, he even said if we found one somewhere else we liked more to tell him and he would organise it for less. If you want helpful staff you cannot go wrong here. That aside the rooms were a good size and its right next to the lake in a lovely leafy area away from the chaos of the old quarter, but within easy walking distance.

Liked: we really got great time to stay in this hotel which give us a lot memory about it. it's located in very convenient area also close to the lake just about 10 mins walk distance. breakfast is great and it's a la cart order for whatever you can eat. all the staff are very attentive and friendly.we are very please to recomment this hotel to who likes to visit hanoi.

Liked: the lady who seems to be in charge is really friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge about what to do in vietnam. the breakfast is good and you get unlimited coffee/tea/orange with it. the rooms are made up daily. you get a tv in the room with a good selection of chanels but the reception was sometimes a bit off, but that was no problem. the location was great and the price was good. cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. we stayed for 1 days then went to halong bay and returned to the hotel...she even reserved the same room for us! very very pleased with the service and hotel.

Liked: in the heart of the old city, in 10 minutes walk you' re in the heart of exiting hanoi. airportpickup for $ 12 and yu can book daytrips and tain and bustickets.we were surprised with fresh fruit every day. very good place to stay

Liked: Hanoi Blue sky is one of the best that i have ever stayed at. Its locations is just 2mins walk away from Dong Xuan market and less than 10 minutes walk away from the Hoan Kiem Lake, not forgetting it is situated right in the heart of the old quarters where one can soak in the vibrancy of the rustic atmosphere. The rooms are clean and showers are working perfectly. The best of all is that the staff are ever polite and helpful on so many occassions that they are the key factor for me wanting to make the trip to Hanoi once more in the future.Their Sapa package is absolutely worth it and they provide booking and tour services at much more reasonable prices than other places. I left my toiletries in the room and after checking out the staff actually made an effort to "dig out" the stuff which was being cleared by the cleaner. Crucially, I have to head home early due to emergency reasons and they offered almost a full refund for my Halong Bay tour and open bus tour tickets which is absolutely amazing.All in all, the place to stay not just due to its location and facilities but also due to the honesty and diligence of the staff. Thanks to Rose, Flower and all others who made my short trip ever so sweet.
