Customer review"Agree with all the others. This is a very nice hotel which is doing everything right. It is very clean and comfortable, and a good place to stay. Breakfast is fine - nothing special but enough for me. the breakfast is free . Very good location, and as others have noted close to some very good restaurants. Besides the French one round the corner (quite good steaks and a big salad), there is also The Gondola (Italian) next door where we had a couple of excellent pastas. The free computers are a nice touch, and the reception staff are very good. Highly recommend this hotel !! |

Customer review"This hotel is quite possibly the best in SE asia. What really makes it top notch is the two aussie owners, who are always around and happy to give good advice or have a few beers with. If you're going to Hanoi and you're a backpacker this is the only place to stay. The kitchen you can cook in is a big plus too. " I Love Hostels |

Customer review""I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, the rooms, the personal attention and intimacy of the Hanoi Hostels made this my favorite hotel of my recent trip to South East Asia. We stayed three nights, and made use of the numerous services offered by the knowledgeable hotel staff, including a wonderful overnight trip to Halong bay and sapa.They also arranged a fantastic private tour of Hanoi with an English speaking guide and driver, and flawless airport transfers. Many boutique hotels offer flashy rooms but spotty customer service. The Hanoi Hostels stands far above the crowd, providing a genuinely warm and friendly introduction to Hanoi and its environs.
