Adam ConnollyWe liked the fridge, the aircon, the tv and dvd player,the free breakfast, the en suite bathroom, the wifi and the fully functional PC with internet in the room! More of a small hotel than a hostel, great if you want a clean room in the middle of the old quarter. Sheets & towels changed daily, safe for valuables in reception. Great value for money. |

Customer reviewThis was our first visit to Ha Noi and we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Stars 2 Hotel 1-The location was central and convenient 2-The staff and manger were very gracious and helpful whtever question wehad about sighseeing were answered and a day trip to perfume pagoda was arranged without any fuss. 3-It was nice to have choicee for breakfast and the time in the room was more pleasant with a good varieting of TV programs We would strongly recommend this hotel |

Customer reviewThe hotel was very clean and had a very home feel. The staff were absolutely fantastic and were able to help us arrange tours and allowed us to shower and rest between tours, even though we weren't staying the night. Free internet and breakfast were really fantastic and staff are more than willing to help with any requests. They were super friendly. |

Dean HoldenThe rooms were clean and secure, the staff were able to book onward journeys (but be sure to haggle over the price as they start out somewhat inflated). We stayed in 1st floor room which was easy to get to but if on the upper floors could be a pain as no elevator. |

Chi HongLocation was good. There were 2 computers but one of them did not work. The room always had a funky odor coming from the bathroom. There was no heat! A portable heater was provided when asked but it was not sufficient to heat the entire room. No elevators so be wary about getting a room on the 5th floor. The stairs are narrow too. |

Matt PascallGreat little rooms that have everything you need and are very clean. Okay area downstairs to meet people and have a few beers/coffee. My only advice - STAY AWAY from booking agents that sell for the "GOLDEN HOLIDAYS" tours to Sapa. |

Customer reviewWe stayed at the Ocean Stars 2 Hotel for one night on a recent trip to Vietnam. I definitely commend them on their service and quality of their rooms. We arrived at 6:30am on the train from Hue, we'd emailed the hotel the night before advising we were arriving by train and asked if they could pick us up. We were very impressed when we got off the train that someone was waiting there for us with a sign; great service at very short notice from us. |

veronika dozbabovaEveryting is excellence ,We are very happy to stay this hotel ,it is a minihotel but service like 5 stars hotel ,in room there is a computer for customer Tea or coffee is free from 7 until 21 pm ,they put in two boxes ,they keep hot ,it is very good for us in this weather right now in Ha Noi Cold!!! |
