Laura LoveThe staff were totally lovely and helpful and friendly. The free breakfast and fresh fruit were excellent. On the day we checked out we had to leave at 6am and the lovely man on reception wouldn't let us go without a jam sandwich and water in our hands! The room was good, the bed was excellent. Possibly the only friendly place in Vietnam! |

Kevin CromeI chose this hotel after a recommendation from a nice Irish couple that I met in Vietnam, and it was a good choice. I had a spotlessly clean double room. The staff could not be more helpful and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. The downstairs restaurant is a good place to meet other travellers. When you sit down you are offerred free tea or coffee, and you can ask for real milk instead of condensed milk which seems to be the norm in Vietnam. I booked my Halong Bay trip with the hotel but the staff are not pushy and there is no problem if you book elsewhere. The trip was great value & very enjoyable. I stayed at three other excellent hotels in Vietnam, but I think this could have been the best. |

Rebecca MiltonThe staff were super friendly and could not do enough for us. The free pick-up from the airport is a bonus! We split the 2 night minimum stay for free pick-up between a trip to Halong Bay with no problems. Fresh fruit everyday was great!! Would definately recommend it to other travelers. |

Jack TurnerEasy to find, known around town too. Some of the happiest and most friendly staff we've met. Helpful for organising Ha Long Bay tours. Really we had the perfect stay here. If I had one grumble it would be a bit of confusion over the cost of the Taxi back to the airport. The hostel provides a car for about $14, but when the driver asked how much we'd paid, he got very angry at how much he was getting and suggested we gave him extra. The Driver got us their in time despite road works and an accident so we can fault him. Just the ambiguity over his fare and him asking for more left a bit of a negative as our last impression of the place. |

Customer reviewClean, big rolls at breakfast. Free internet, tea and coffee all day. The rooms facing the street are very loud. The rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet though. Front desk lady is very, very helpful and will show you where to go and talk to taxis ,etc. Airport pickup very convenient! |

Customer reviewVery friendly staff, especially Kim, the receptionist. They always try their best to help you. There is only one suggestions, I booked the bus from Hanoi to Dong Hoi, while the bus was late for one hour, no one told me reason and I had to ask 2 times...Overall, defi recommend. |

Kami ErisThis hotel was the best we stayed at in Vietnam in terms of value for money, cleanliness and service. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a central, cheap and comfortable place to stay amongst the hustle bustle of Hanoi. Breakfast included, PC in the room with good internet speed. |

Customer reviewVery nice little hotel, very friendly staff. We arrived early in the morning and they served us breakfast as we got there. They helped us booking tours and bought the train tickets to Hue for us and also tickets for water puppet theater. We had booked two nights, then did a 3 day Halong Bay Tour; after that we wanted to stay another two nights at Little Hanoi Hotel, but they were full. They booked another hotel for us and even paid the taxi to bring us there. It was a great stay! |
