Liked: The staff were so helpful. It really made a difference to my time in Vietnam.When I arrived, I was given coffee and fruit, then everyday we were given more fruit.The staff could not have been more helpful in terms of booking tours. They gave honest advise and handled all the bookings for me. The tours themselves were probably the same as a dozen other tours, lots of tourist on all the well trodden routes and all of the food was prearranged, which was a shame as we saw loads of little places to stop and try something new.The hostel allows people to take a shower between tours and will keep luggage for you while you go off exploring.I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to Hanoi.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. However, there are cheaper options around where you can get the same for about $5 per night less. There is also an airport shuttle that costs $2 per person so the $15 pickup is not really necessary. Still a nice place and very nice staff.

Liked: The staff are really friendly and helpful, you get free cups of tea or coffee when you're on the internet, free fruit in the room and the staff help book trips etc and are very knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and pretty quiet and the location isn't bad.

Liked: A really friendly hostel with a nice room. Staff were so friendly and helpful, always giving you drinks when in the downstairs area and helped us to book trips to both Halong Bay and the Perfume Pagoda. Would stay here again.

Liked: Very friendly & helpful staff. Maria was an excellent support to us, organising a boat cruise in Halong Bay and a flight to Hue the next day, everything done with total professionalism and always with a beautiful smile!

Liked: Central location - extremely helpful and friendly service including an exchange desk at favourable rates. Organisation of train ticket to Da Nang, lift to station and free airport pickup. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Truely amazing! We had a private twin (as we did everywhere in 'nam) and this was the best hostel we stayed in in Vietnam by far... the staff were awesome (feeding us and getting us drunk on the first night); the location is spot on (close to everywhere) and we got a fre taxi pick up from the airport (yes- free)... everyone should stay here if they're in hanoi.

Liked: Stayed here five nights and loved it, this place is fabulous! A home away from home. The lady of the staff is so extremely friendly, just like all the other staff. They're very helpful and sweet. Breakfast is included and the other food is nice as well. I stayed in the dorm which was very comfy, clean and safe, with ensuite bathroom, private reading lamps and plugs, and big lockers. I met a lot of lovely people here as well, great place to meet other travelers. Tours through the hostel are also nice but sometimes a bit overpriced, so shop around. I heard the Halong Bay tour wasn't so good. But anyway, I would without a doubt stay here again. I have nothing but good memories about this place and I will remember the staff for ever! Highly recommended!

Liked: I was very impressed with this hostel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The cleanliness of the facility was excellent. The services they offer are invaluable to travelers - i.e. pickup at the airport, arranging tours. I would strongly recommend this hostel.

Liked: this place is great! they really look after u from when u walk in the door and until u leave.free breakfast was great and so was the halong bay tour and they look after ur stuff no problem! they sorted are bus tickets and made sure we were all sorted! they gave us great info and told us where u can drink beer for 25p with the locals. so much better than your typical back packer place and i met some brilliant ppl from all different ages.
