Liked: The Staff are the best that I or my girlfirend have ever encountered in our extensive time spent travelling across in the world. If it was not for them we would not have a fantastic specifically tailored trip or made our flight after being stuck in the North Vietnam due to bad weather.

Liked: There are quite a few things...The free breakfast, the very helpful & friendly staff who let us check in at 6am and gave us breakfast a couple of hours later. They also sorted out some superb tours to ha long bay...and were VERY honest about it all (their commission etc) which in all fairness is quite a rare phenomenon! The little things also really made a difference, the flowers and crackers brought to the room each day were great. A VERY recommended place to chill in a hectic city.

Liked: I was very impressed with this hostel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The cleanliness of the facility was excellent. The services they offer are invaluable to travelers - i.e. pickup at the airport, arranging tours. I would strongly recommend this hostel

Liked: Immediately on arrival one is made to feel "at home". Cup of tea, relaxed reception, arrival expected, room ready, friendly English speaking staff. The rooms are very good value for money. Ours only had an internal "window" ovelooking the foyer area, but in Hanoi having a quiet room was the priority for us and our room was. Rooms were aircon, with cable TV, and very well furnished. Water and fresh fruit left in room after cleaning every day. The staff are very helpful with local advice, and arrange tickets etc. We return next week; the hotel has stored, free of charge, baggage we did not want to bring on our trip to Sapa. Also, the cafeteria style restaurant served a good omellette breakfast, included in room price, as well as other meals. Location very good, short walk to lake and other sites. Real value for money.

Liked: I would strongly recommend this hostel. Is the best place we have stayed in our travel. Staff are just wonderful people, they make you feel at home. Incredibly helpful. I will defenetly go back if I return. They even sorted out our flight from Hanoi to Danang!! Half the price from what it costs you through Vietnam Airlines from outside Vietnam. They buy water puppet tickets for you, avoiding the hassle of waiting on a queue. They have a trustful tour to Halong Bay, which considering the competence is good to know. And basically the little details is what I liked: offering a cup of tea on your way in (for free), piece of cake when we came back from the tour, little biscuits in the room... Now, so homely that some of the mates we met on the tour had to sleep in a different place that night as someone had been sick therefore had to stay an extra day at the hostel, living this people with no room that they had already paid for. Still they had sorted out for them a hotel next door to stay that night. But nevertheless I loved this placed!!

Liked: The staff are the nicest we 've met. They are very helful and really wonderful. The location is close to many attractions and shoppings. The room is very clean and safe. We will come back and stay there again

Liked: The position is great. It is not so busy, larger, clean and convinient. I stayed in dorm bed, but I had feeling as my own room: separate wardrope and reading lamb made me safe and free.Staff here is WONDERFULL. I nerver forget Little HanoiHotel.
