Liked: Fortunately, I have booked a good hostel in center of Hanoi city, even though, the weather was very bad, rained all the time and a little bit cold and wet but, the staffs helped me a lot to book train tickets to Sapa and Hue city as well. I love staying at this hotel and deserved for 10 points

Liked: Staffs at reception are very friendly and attentive, establishing rapport quickly and addressing us by name. One feels a more personal connection with the employees here than some other places. Staff very fluent in English making communication much easier and more enjoyable. Trip to Perfume Pagoda and our open bus journey to Hue arranged and taken care off by staffs, without much hassle from our side. Rooms clean with and a window. Buffet breakfast served in the morning, and offers a simple meals but in general is quiet enough

Liked: Very good hostel the staff were welcoming and helpful. The free wi-fi and computers were conventient, hostel located in center of Hanoi’s old quarter. However, it was a little busy area and if compared with all of the hostels in the area would be much better because rooms in Koto hostel has window. Includes a good breakfast. There was a very famous the restaurant named Quan Anngon nearby where you can tast any kind of food in Vietnam. The private room I stayed to was very big and clean. Bravo hostel.

Liked: It is really a nice place to stay. All the staff are very helpful. Rooms are specious and clean with good AC.. Quality and quantity of breakfast is good and sufficient. I shall rate it @ 98%.

Disliked: The only difficulty is good restaurants are a little bit away.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Cleaners were quick to make ip the room and felt very safe leaving our belongings out. Was a really good location

Disliked: The room was damp and musky as it had no window to air out, didn't smell that great! Breakfeast was average and the wifi connection wasnt very good cut out all the time and wouldn't connect at all after about 8 pm!

Disliked: The one room downstairs behind the reception was a bit moldy and the restroom was also a bit stinky. The rooms we occupied later were quite noisy cause there is an electronic machine outside the room which is switched on all day long. We booked the Hotel before we came to Hanoi, coz we arrived at 1 am and did not wanted to search for an accomodation in the night.

Liked: the rooms are clean, big and modern. The staff are really friendly and helped us arrange a lot of different activities and tickets that would have been quite difficult to do by ourselves. I would certainly recommend Bodega to anyone else coming to Hanoi

Liked: They let me check-in (very) early after I arrived on the train from Hoi An, at no extra cost. I then booked a trip to Ha Long through them and they kept my bigger bag and did some of my laundry while I was away, and when I returned they let me use the shower/internet until my night train to China. Really friendly service, and the hostel itself is very nice.

Disliked: Internet didn't bypass censorship so I couldn't access Facebook, but that was a very minor complaint/

Liked: The room was excellent and the staff very helpful. There wasn't a dorm room available so I was moved to a single room at no extra cost.

Disliked: The location wasn't very good and there was building work going on downstairs.

Liked: The room was very spacious, there was even a spare bed in the room. Leather sofas and a coffee table. Really good value for money, was like a litle slice of heaven after Thailand!

Liked: Just make sure I will stay again for the next visit. Maybe the breakfast can be extended until 10.30 am so I enjoyed the late wake up , but it is not compulsory.Thumbs up for everything

Liked: It was hard to say as it fell short of our expectations. Perhaps the friendly staff made up for the bad dorm beds with bedbugs and the fact that it is very near "food street" so even when we checked in at almost 11pm, there was some food in the area.

Liked: I stayed in the 6 bed dorm which I found spacious and very clean, big bathroom, clean towels, free shampoo etc. I arrived early in the morning and was offered a free big breakfast before even checking in. The staff was helpful and the location in the historic center is great. Only drawback for me is that the dorm doesn't have AC (but a fan). I didn't expect much for the price but was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent value for (very little) money.
