I've never felt so much at home away from home. They make you feel like part of the family the moment you walk into the door and you have no chance of not meeting everyone and having a great game. AND - they have a foosball table. What more can you ask for?!

It is very affordable especiall for the yong tarvellers. It is very close to the metro station that makes it really convenient to go to the must see places in DC.

It does not have the best facilities but it is a cosy place to stay in for the reasonable price. The kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking and it is clean.

The first night we arrived, there was a big easter dinner for everybody. The staff really knows how to entertain their guests.

Easy to get into and out of, very close to a Metro station. Beware of smoking on the first floor. Not so great if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep, most nights there was a lot of noise until four AM.

Very relaxed and friendly staff and clientele. The character of the place is great and makes up for its somewhat worn and eclectic appearance.

The people I met there were awsome! Friendly and easy-going. It's a lil bit far from the center of the city, but right in front of the station so you don't have to walk at night being freaked out.. and there is a convinience store across the street that you can get food, drinks or draw money. Just keep in mind the hostel does NOT take credit card. (omg I had a probelm because I didn't have enough cash either with me or in my bank account!)
The Xmas decoration was so pretty!

Excellent location, 10 minutes from the centre of town, really close to public transport. A small and friendly hostel, great for meeting people, not impersonal like the big HI types. The common areas are comfortable, the building has character, Groceries are close by.
