Only 10 minutes from most attractions. Our house is a converted Victorian Hotel listed on the Washington D.C. register of historic buildings. Very safe suburban setting, beautiful garden and park area. Back yard has ping-pong table, horseshoes, and hammocks for your enjoyment. Decks on 1st and 2nd floors with couches tables chairs and music. Feel free to bring an instrument, beautiful park across the street where you can read a book, exercise, relax etc. There are numerous local places to grab a bite from all different cultures, local pubs to sit and grab a drink as well . Need to do some research? Feel free to visit the library 2 blocks away for those of you that are here for internships or need to study.

Restaurants, shops, and 24-hour 7-11 convenience stores are across the street. In the basement is a game room including pool table and Foosball table, and satellite TV, video games - all free of charge!

Summer BBQ's in large garden and balcony area . We also have a card table for all you card players and a library for you readers. Along with board games to play. Parties for all major holidays. Alcohol allowed Non-smoking except for the basement/game room. A helpful, friendly staff, at-home atmosphere! Staff lives on premises.
