Our check-in times are between 10am and 10pm. If you are planning on checking in outside of these times, please contact us ahead of time. Your remaining balance is automatically charged to your credit card when you make a reservation. To check in, you must have the following:

- valid university ID

We have monthly rates starting at $500 per month with discounts available through Facebook & our website. Our hostel is deisgned exclusively for long-term international students and interns (the average length of stay of our guests is 6 weeks). With huge common areas, fully stocked gourmet kitchens, free wireless Internet & public computers, Loftstel offers many free amenities for our guests.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term reservations are subject to the DC sales tax of 14.50% and are not included in the price quoted by Hostelbookers. Your payment through HostelBookers secures your reservation and is non-refundable. Please note that your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card prior to your check-in. You can view our cancellation policy on our website.

"Like people, open spaces and new experiences? Then you're a prime candidate for a Loftstel stay, which caters to young college students, while you're in town. Owner and run by Jeff Pan, Loftstels are huge, prime lofts turned into one big happy share, with bunk beds, communal bathrooms and kitchens, and all the amenities of home: wi-fi, laundry, TV, and backyard gardens often used for barbecues and parties. Although Loftstels cater to those staying weeks or months, they've also got cheap daily rates available, from $16 to $50. Both locations are a quick 15-minute subway ride. Loftstel also takes reservations through it's page on Facebook."
