Liked: Wonderful location. Isolated and beautiful.

Disliked: I guess I keep missing that check in time is after 5pm with these hostels. I wish they made a bigger point of making sure guests know this before arrival. The main managers were decently friendly and some of the help staff, others were not friendly at all. I could hear the hostel manager speaking on the phone most of the night to whomever as she complained or told out that days dramas.

Liked: This was the best hostel experience I have ever had. I had been to this hostel years ago and when I returned it was even better than I could have imagined. The manager and his family were not only welcoming but they were accomodating and hospitable. They thought of every little thing and offered nice touches that I had never seen--karoake, fresh baked cookies, and sandals for the beach. You could tell they took pride in the hosteller experience. I will have return next summer!

Liked: Fantastic location near wild, long beach. Good spot for whale watching and to hide out in a storm. Big views and tranquil. Lovely spot to unwind.
