Liked: They never found my hostelbookers in their reservation folder...I undertsand it's a youth hostel, still reception extremely messy
Disliked: Deco was overwhelming, too much stuff.... I had to pay for wifi, 3 dollars

Liked: Better than staying at any corporate soulless hotel, people are friendly to each other at hostels, this one included.
Disliked: Seems like things are falling apart (e.g. vice grips for taps in the shower), creaky floors with a herd of boy scouts above my bed stomping around, some ass started up his truck at 5 AM and left it "warming up" for 20 minutes outside my window (it's summer!), not very clean or organized, but not terrible. The owners of this hostel should travel to San Diego or even Santa Fe to see what a good hostel looks like, this place is cluttered and lacks personality.

Liked: Come and go without key. Quiet time at 10 PM. Place to party and talk outside...after hours. Plenty of refrigerators.

Liked: The incredible vegetable garden and that I could pick all I could eat. Also the staff was excellent and the atmosphere friendly and accepting. It also had internet. Group meals were often served.

Liked: Nice bathrooms and kitchen, very nice receptionest and the view is beautiful. In Taos, stay here it's pretty affordable.
