Liked: I absolutely loved all the staff at the front desk, they are warm, welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The location is great too.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: It was so close to everything downtown Seattle, and the front desk concierge were so nice!!!!

Disliked: It was kinda cold when we got there, and I was worried about being cold at night bc there wasn't really any comforter on the bed. Good thing there was a heater in the room and extra blankets in the closet. Other than that, everything was fantastic for the value...I have stayed at other hostels and this place was far better than I was expecting it to be!

Liked: We turned up thinking it was going to be a typical hostel - but it was great ! Looks like a nice hotel room, in a nice quiet safe area, within walking distance of shopping and pike place. Good value for money !

Disliked: Rooms are a bit cold - need blankets!

Liked: 1. central location (close to Downtown Monorail) 2. taking part of project planet

Disliked: 1. old / loud air-condition on the roof of the Bar/Grill near our room at the 3rd floor 2. Bed Bugs (primarily in the pillow, some in the bed itself), had a horrible sleepless night with a lot of bites.

Liked: Superb front desk staff, very helpful. Free internet access in the lobby. Loved having a private room/bathroom at this point in our travels...this is not a party/meet a ton of people place, more of a clean, well-located budget hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Our bathroom light switch was a little finicky, but nothing too hard to get working.

Liked: Just about everything. For the price this place cant be beat. Very spacious room, with table and chairs, full ensuite, coffee and tea making fascilities, good 35 inch flat screen tv, huge queen size bead, in room safe, ironing borad and hairdryer. Despite its age (as one of the staff told me the building was from the 50's) it seems new and modern in the rooms. Decent bar and grill attached.

Disliked: The guest "laundry" in just one washing machine and one drier for the entire plsce. Had to wait to wash and then dry. Not a big deal...got it done it the end. But just remember, this isnt a hostel. If you want to meet people dont stay here. Luckily thats not what I was after

Liked: AAE is centrally located and within walking distance from the main attractions of Seattle. The staff is very friendly. They provide all kind of information and, although there are free internet facilities at the hotel and they could have easily referred us to look it up ourselves, they are willing to look things up when you ask them something they don't know.

Disliked: Don't expect a nice city view: the hotel is surrounded by a large parking lot.

Liked: We highly recommend Seattle 6 Avenue Inn. It is clean, gơod service, and it is very close to shopping and all transportation with walking distance

Liked: I had a great time there! I was surprised - withe the room -comfortable, clean, well equipped.

Disliked: The bath was rather old there but the rest of the bathroom was good.

Liked: This is a hotel so do not stay if you want to meet people. It was perfect for what we wanted though (a couple). Central to everything, excellent staff on reception and nice clean rooms. The water wasn't always hot in the shower but usually warmed up if you waited a while.

Liked: This was an older hotel, but they did everything possible to maintain it. They were in the process of painting the stairwells while I stayed there and the main foyer was fairly modern. I was pleasantly impressed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was very easy to find, close to both downtown and the freeway.

Disliked: The parking isn't free ($15/night). This was an unexpected expense when I arrived.

Liked: Helpful employees, cheap, clean rooms, no hassle! Convenient location for public transport. Being able to make free local calls was really useful, and they had no trouble with us leaving our luggage with them and picking it up later in the day.

Disliked: No problems I can think of!
