Liked: The owners, Nancy and Lee and all of the staff were fantastic. The hostel was clean and you could get a good nights sleep. The view of the mountains and the sound is amazing. No question, the best hostel I've ever stayed in.

Liked: The staff were really fun and helpful, it felt like you were staying over at a friends place. It was really clean, and breakfast was good. Lee and Nancy were always organizing fun things for people to do, and it was fun to hang out there at night..

Liked: Lee and Nancy who own the hostel are the most fantastic hosts and all the staff were brilliant. Fantstic view of the sea. Only negative is the combined showers and toilets. Would be better if these were separate so people don't have to wait so much but I think they have plans to make changes in the near future.

Liked: The overall atmosphere was amazing, probably the best hostel I have ever seen! The staff was very helpful, the place clean and it had a unique flair in it. The hostel had a number of incredible details to make the stay an extra bit more special. The only minus was a lack of showers (one or two in the backyard or wherever could help in that). Even if itsn't located in the centre the closeness of the ocean and Ballard makes you forget that. All in all, I was totally amazed by this hostel. Highly highly recommended!

Liked: Lee and Nancy were great hosts. The hostel was lovley, great place to meet people and everyone was friendly. The view from the roof terrace was awesome and it is in a great part of town. Thumbs up all round.
