Customer reviewgot locked out and the landlady refused to let us in after 10.30pm and we had to wait for someone else to come in and let us in. On a different night, we were ordered very rudely to come to the check in desk so they could make sure we were not intruders getting back to the hotel at 10pm, even though we'd obvisouly entered with our keys. Staff were very unfriendly and not at all welcoming - sheets were not changed at all in the three nights stay. Sink was blocked. I would not recommend this to anyone, mainly on the back of the unfriendly staff. |

Customer reviewThis is a great area, with lots of good restaurants, Mexican taquerias, and lovely clothing shops and second hand bookstores. The BART station is nearby. My ensuite room had a fridge and microwave, which was very handy and saved me some money eating out all the time. |
