The front desk people are very helpful, especially Armando.. The location is a little questionable, it was quite scary walking up Ellis St to the hotel. It was not until we arrive were we told that it is best to walk up the next block up and then cut back down to the hotel. The hotel also offers free shuttles too and from Union Square and the Fishermans Wharf so you don't even have to walk at all. I also looked up how much it was for the room on the Cova website and hostlebookers saves us about $30 US.
