Liked: fantastic hostel! staff are super friendly. the free meals are amazing! the organised activities are really fun and great way to meet fellow travellers. one of my favourite hostels in the world!

Liked: Love this hostel!!!Lots of computers with free internet access. Fantastic staff. Awesome free dinners. Great place to met people, laid back and lots of fun! Hanging out in the ballroom was so much fun!

Disliked: The location is fantastic but it is still fine-however the hostel is so awesome it makes up for this!

Disliked: alright, its in a redlight district... but we did not feel unsafe at any point.

Liked: The staff were helpfull and the breakfast was amazing!

Disliked: Bad neighbourhood (loud club across the road), the rooms smell horribly, and they're dirty.

Disliked: with all that free stuff, it sort off ticked me off that I actually had to pay to stay for the night. what the hell's up with that anyway?

Liked: Great, busy hostel with busy common room, reasonable breakfast and lots going on, great location would recommend it to everyone.

Disliked: I don't smoke and there is allot of smoking in the common room so sore throats in morning from passive smoking.. only downside I would say

Liked: It is a cool place to chill. I was on my own and managed to meet some great people.

Disliked: It was probably a little quieter because it's winter, and I guess breakfast got boring, but these are not really complaints.

Liked: The staff are friendly and informative and the location is great.

Disliked: Three are actually two properties (they give you an option when you arrive to stay in the main building or the annex). A lot of the double rooms are located about a block away in this different building. We stayed on the top floor and there is a balcony which is directly outside the window of the room. The balcony is there for everyone to use but is really disruptive if people decide to be out there late at night which they did when we were there. A staff member showed someone through the second building at 11:30pm and were extremely noisy and woke us up. In the main building, there is the main room connected to the kitchen which becomes a 'smoking lounge' at 9pm. This isn't really a good place for non smokers and the whole place really stinks of cigarette smoke.

Liked: This place is great, clearly an old converted hotel. They have lots of events during the week. The FREE (yes I did say FREE) food is great on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Just a great place to meet people and hang out. Comfortable beds with soft duvets and pillows to keep you warm. Staff are chatty and internet is very fast.

Disliked: There are limited toilets and showers so might have to wait a few minutes until someone has finished. This is in the strip joint part of town so the girls were a little uncomfortable walking around at night on their own.

Liked: Friendly staff, huge common area where you can meet great people! The best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Liked: The hostel is in a great location, it seemed like 15minutes walk to everywhere. There was a TV in our room, comfy beds, free breakfast and free dinners as well!!! Staff were really helpful!

Disliked: Sometimes the bathroom wasn't always the cleanest but not overly horrible. There are plenty to choose from!

Disliked: pc's didn't have Microsoft office. crazy steps that are hard to see. Tiny awkward bathrooms. Dodgey area.
