hayley Turnbullgood rooms and most with a shared bathroom. theatre was great. good knowledge of SF and the staff were helpful, then they weren't snowed down in the reception. internet is decent. |

Gemma ClarkGreat lounge room with music and funky sofa's. Very comfortable beds with sink in the room. Modern spacious kitchen. Too busy in kitchen and dining area at breakfast so not enough places to sit - so get up early! Restrooms have no sinks tho so you have to go back to a bedroom to wash your hands?!?! Plenty of power sockets for charging gadgets. Fantastic location, and only 15 mins walk from Greyhound. Would def stay again and recommend to my mates. |

Customer reviewThe bed was very uncomfortable. We couldn't use our shared bathroom (usually shared with 4-6 people) at all because of renovations in the other room and had to use the shared one on the floor. The kitchen is too small for this amount of people in the morning ect. The breakfast is - well, moderate. You should get up early to get still the cream cheese ect. At 9 am. it's already too late. The location is okay, very central and not too far away from Greyhound. It's also clean and the staff is friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend this hostel. |

PHILLIP HAZELLI have stayed at theis hostel many times over the years and it is excellent value. However the rooms really do vary considerable. The dorm room I stayed in this time was very small in comparison to previous stays. Small and very cramped for space and the mattress was very uncomfortable. My only critism though is the rooms could do with larger locker facilities and unless you check carefully the left luggage room door does not lalways lock behind you . BEWARE. |
