Customer reviewSome of the staff are really weird, unfriendly. Not all of them, though. The rooms, on the other hand, are spacious, each one has its own bathroom. There's not too much fun in the hostel, not too much to do in the common room. The kitchen closes 10am-11:30am and 10pm-7am... |

Customer reviewClean but dull hostel. The staff were not enthusiastic or friendly. There is a completely unnecessary $50 minimum on a credit card, which hits you unless you stay three nights or more. And they charge $3 more for the airport shuttle, which they pocket. |

Customer reviewGood location if you get to stay there... We booked via HB online as it is cheaper than there walk in rate. Then we got to reception and they said they were fully booked and we would have to go to the sister hostel if we wanted to keep our deposit paid on hostel bookers. The guy behind the counter said "that will teach you for booking online, you should never do that here" he was very unhelpful and told us to take it up with the manager who started work about midnight! So we went to the sister hostel, and it was a dive in the middle of the ghetto! So do not book this hostel, thats the advice the staff gave us anyway... |

Customer reviewThe location is good. The facilities were very clean. They did not charge any hidden fees like other hostels at which I have stayed. There is even free breakfast. The room had lockers, which allowed me to secure my laptop. There is free wireless internet on the premises. I have two main gripes: 1. The bunk beds do not have a ladder, so it may be difficult climbing up to the top bunk. 2. The cleaning staff appears to be a bit disorganized. When I came in, it appeared that two beds were taken. However, after waking up from my nap, it turned out that they mistakenly took someone's sheets off the bed and I was sleeping on it. This was annoying as I had to make my bed for a second time. |
