Liked: Bright, clean and fun. The hostel has everything you could need and is close to enough to everything you'll want to see. The staff are ridiculously helpful and friendly too.

Liked: Nice hostel in a central location. You can reach most of the sights in downtown SF by foot or by undergound from there. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but nice and clean rooms with lineouts in the lockers! Very useful. WIFI everywhere in the hostel for free! I stayed one night in a private room because everything else was booked out. The price for a private room is quite high (You can easyly find a proper hotelroom for that money) and the room was in comparison to all other rooms I stayed in the worst (very dark and you could hear the elevator going up and down). Overall I would recommend that place, except the private rooms. I had a great time there.

Liked: It was a great stay and very friendly staff!The only thing I would like to mention is that it would be easier for all the new arrivals if the staff would explain by checking in about the breakfast self-service. I had the problem and all the other "new" ones as well. You just don´t realise how it works with the pan cakes and the fridge thing, that you have to buy your own food.... I asked the other guests and figured it out but as I said, it would be easier for everyone to know it by the first day!

Liked: weve travelled the world and stayed in loads of hostels and this one is the best one we have ever been in. its central, clean, quiet enough in the rooms but also has a great atmosphere downstairs. theres a mini cinema and free popcorn, theres lots of activities and information available. the staff are all knowledgeable, helful, friendly and fun. its also very clean and is completely safe. we loved staying here so thankyou to the hostel for making it such a great experience of San Francisco !
