Customer reviewAfter a problem with my ticket home due to an travel agents fault, the staff at USA hostels were exceptionally helpful and did as much as they could possible for me, so much so that i was amazed at the lengths they went to. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly and made my stay in San Francisco alot less stressful than it could have been. The hostel itself has a great vibe and is in a great location. Definate value for money and great memories! |
