Liked: easy to walk everywhere, staff really helpful, and safe location which is what you need in san fran, and movie room awesome when u want a quiet night

Disliked: skeeky beds and kitchen lock out 10.30am, i like to sleep in

Liked: Great location. A good standard hostel as most of this branch seem to be. Breakfast ok.

Disliked: Internet not free. Lounge and kitchen in the basement so no sunlight. No patio to sit outside.

Liked: Location good facilities good. Clean hostel useful tips available on where to go how to get there etc

Disliked: Lacks any real atmosphere. Staff could get more involved with guests to create some. Also some of the published events didn't take place which was disappointing

Liked: We loved this place! It has everything you will need in a hostel and more. My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and would have loved to stay longer!

Liked: Great people, great atmosphere, smoking room, pool table :)

Disliked: "Free Breakfasts" actually don't exist. I expected some bread, cheese and stuff.

Liked: Weekly Entertainment is very well organised, and the hostel is set up (good common area's) in an atmosphere which bread socializing. They have most basis covered and seem to know what they are doing, Staff are friendly and helpful when approached.

Disliked: I would class it as a "Flashpackers" which basically means, nice, pricey, well run, but comes with a range of rules. No visitors = No fun (if you know what I mean) this is the killer in most hostels that fit into the "Flashpacker" bracket.

Liked: Very good location, downtown San Fran. Perfect to explore the city. Only four people in a room and you can lock the room for other people which is very positive. Hostel also organises some night activities and guided tours during the day.

Disliked: The general smell in the hostel bothered me. It smelled like wet dog...

Liked: Very Helpful and friendly staff. Good atmosphere . I am an older traveller in my 40's and despite it being a hostel for younger people, there was a mixed age range and i felt very comfortable staying here.

Disliked: Nothing, it was all great. I have travelled and stayed in hostels around the world and this was excellant

Liked: Best hostel I stayed in my whole trip. Staff was great and I enyoyed the pancakes in the morning.

Disliked: maybe the small counter, always busy

Liked: My boyfriend and I stayed in a private room, which was perfect. The USA Hostel was the best one we stayed in so far! We really enjoyed it.

Disliked: It's not the cheapest placey, but every cent was worth to spend.

Liked: It's in a great location and the staff are really friendly.

Disliked: It's very expensive for what it is though but i think most places are in USA.

Liked: The property is situated in an excellent location.

Disliked: A little bit noisy. There were extraction fans situated outside our room which made noise all night. However nothing that some ear plugs didin't fix.
