Liked: I was overwelmed with the openness and positive attitude of the staff which in my opnion flowed over to the guest. A very enjoyable experience.

Disliked: The facility did not offer wake up calls.

Liked: I felt very comfortable very quickly. I met plenty of people. I liked that I got to choose wether I could stay quiet in my room or the library room or party with other people in the kitchen. I really enjoyed the cleanliness, the friendly atmosphere and I felt very safe.

Disliked: Sometimes strengh people there, maybe staff should throw them off faster.

Liked: clean and very friendly and helpful staff. very safe and secure too.

Disliked: not THAT near powell bart station..quite a distance to walk if u're carrying luggages. but other than that it's v well-located, near city centre, which is awesome.

Liked: The location is quite nice - close to everything interesting and easy to get to. The building was clean and the rooms were nice - and pretty quiet. The staff was nice too and very helpful.

Disliked: A few more toilets on each floor would be nice.

Liked: Great place to meet people and have fun at night. GREAT breakfast and service.

Liked: Very helpful staff. Clean and well maintained facilities. The hostel had a really good vibe - stayed here on NYE and the hostel organised a good party and then we went and watched the fireworks. Best hostel in the US.

Liked: Its always nice to stay at a hostel that does more than the bare minimum. HostelsUSA San Francisco is a very good hostel precisely because it does the little things as well as well as it does the big things. Power outlets inside lockers. 4 beds to a dorm. Very good private rooms with fridge, tv, microwave ect. Very good events and staff. Excellent kitchen and common area with free pool. Great central location. I would recommend this hostel very highly.

Liked: The staff is very nice and friendly. There's so good atmosphere that you can feel very confortable, you can do friends here and you don't feel alone. Also, the hostel is beatifull because is very clean and has very nice rooms and facilities.

Disliked: Nothing, my stay was very great.

Disliked: Very noisy even at about 3 am every night with people running up and down the corridoors, yelling and slamming doors.

Liked: I travel to San Francisco at least once/year and I always stay at USA hostel. The staff is the best, and I see the same faces each year so they must like working there as well. The location near Union Square is excellent, next to all the high-priced hotels. The hostel is extremely clean, they have loads of info about activities in the area.

Disliked: Stephen left no negative feedback.

Liked: It's a nice cozy place, close to the main hotspots in town. The staff is really cheerful and helpful. Since I'm travelling alone, the daily activities were very effective to meet other people.

Liked: The hostel is clean, has activities every day, there is a bar downstairs, and very safe.
