Liked: Everything that is writen above! Good atmosphere, good staff, clean and functional hotel, well located, good facilities and I like the idea of free pancakes in the morning!

Liked: After a problem with my ticket home due to an travel agents fault, the staff at USA hostels were exceptionally helpful and did as much as they could possible for me, so much so that i was amazed at the lengths they went to. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly and made my stay in San Francisco alot less stressful than it could have been. The hostel itself has a great vibe and is in a great location. Definate value for money and great memories!

Liked: It was a very fun hostel and I absolutely recomment it to other people and have already. I enjoyed the staff and talkign to Brian the funny Irish manager. Pubcrawl was fun. The walking tour should be twice a week.

Liked: They had camera's all over the place and electronic card readers for entrance to the hostel and to the room. Free pool table and enterterntmaint every night
