Liked: Great location, right up the road from Union Square and walking distance to Pier 33 to get to Alcatraz. Huge kitchen and common room and dorms are clean and safe.

Liked: really great place, lots of activities run by the hostel nightly, only 4 to a room, so not noisey. very close to city centre. very safe, lockers in each room that have a power socket in so u can lock your stuff and charge batteries at same time. free pancakes for brekkie, all you can make! ust generaly a very high quality hostel at a good price

Liked: Having free WIFI for my computer is really great when travelling to stay intouch with family and friends and be able to book onward travel, and not have to always be paying for internet. I really appreciated this.Dillan's tour was excellent. I recommend it to anyone with only a couple of days stay in San Francisco.

Liked: The location was great, 5 minute walk from Union Square. Hostel had lots of information and directions to get everywhere, fantastic kitchen and internet facilities, only dissapointment was the shower in the room, leaked everywhere, ended up using public ones. A mirror in the room and hooks in the bathroom would be a great idea! But overall great social hostel, met lots of nice people

Liked: Its a really party hostel with things happening everynight. The rooms are big and nice and you have a lockers. Pancakes at breakfast is handy and you can cook lots of meals in their kitchen too. Lots of fun :)

Liked: It was a very friendly place. I was a little anxious as I a a girl travelling on my own and my concerns are safety and then a hope that it will be easy to meet people. THis hostel was one of the best I have stayed in, it has everything

Liked: The facilites were amazing. Best hostel kitchen I've ever seen. The staff were so much fun. There was a huge area down stairs where you could party till 4am without disturbing anyone. Could not ask for a better location. They did small things that made everything so much easier like giving you the weather in c and f and having flyers with directions to local landmarks. Felt like home after a couple of days. Thanks a bunch. Love Lou and Kate

Liked: I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness (the bathrooms were SPOTLESS) and the security (to get into the hostel premises and into our dorm rooms, a security key card was needed).

Liked: This place is huge! Beautiful reception area that had sofas, a Xmas tree and looked very homely. Massive basement area that had a restaurant-sized kitchen, plently of computers, a cinema room, a reading room, cheap laundry and a TV room. Rooms were big but very cold on the nighttime. Had to wear jumpers to bed. Plus the bed squeaked loads. The staff were really helpful though and they have loads of activities to book for the area. Top marks, absolutely great!

Liked: Location is great, it's very clean. Beds are actually comfortable! (doesn't happen a lot at hostels). A lot of groups here who go out to party at weekends. Hostel offers a lot of activities.
